Farewell

At first i thought having your boss transferred to other city wouldn't feel this way. Apparently i was wrong..

Last week 3 bosses in my department got transferred to Jakarta, Bandung and Semarang. As already predicted since they already been here for four years. Everyone was happy since they're transferred to better places. Last week was full with Farewell Parties and present hunting. Finally this week all of them left. Two days ago, Pak Siswantoro went to Jakarta, yesterday i and several friends also accompany Pak Ramadani to the airport, he was leaving for Semarang and today Pak Yulfian is on the way to Bandung.

Probably i don't spend time with them as much as other colleagues do, but as the matter of fact working together for nearly 1 year makes me feel close with them. They teach me a lot of things just like father but at the same time treating me as a friend as well.

As they left, memories remain. Good bye our beloved fathers, never forget us..
Hopefully i will have another opportunity to work with them in a better place.

Careless

Oh gosh!

Lately i have been so careless, there were several times i felt i already checked the documents thoroughly but then again it came back with a post-it from the Big Boss noted that there were several things i missed. Not only once or twice, one or two documents, it's already been several times and several documents. I really don't like the fact that i worked carelessly.

Not just that, it makes an bad impression to my colleagues that i didn't check the work comprehensively and just become a happy-go-lucky person. Or maybe i got distracted with other things and made me lost focus when doing my work and it caused my carelessness. I don't like that either.

But i like the way my colleagues remind me to check and re-check every document more carefully, because it would be such a shame if things like this happen on and on. Or the way one of them helps me re-checking the documents when she's done with her job and i still have a pile of things to do.

I need to work better and focus more on things i do.
Not only because i need to, but also because i want to.

Surat Setoran Pajak yg Boros

pernah k Kantor Pelayanan Pajak (KPP red.) g?
pasti pd pernah kan, entah bwt ngurusin NPWP, lapor SPT, atw malah ada yg emang kerja di KPP..
nah pernah liat yg namany SSP kan?! yup betul banget!tu Surat Setoran Pajak yg dpake untuk melaporkan jumlah pembayaran pajak k Bank, ada 5 lembar untuk setiap 1 set SSP.
klo g salah msg2 lembar fungsinya kyak gini:
>>lembar 1 untuk arsip Wajib Pajak
>>lembar 2 untuk arsip Kanwil  
>>lembar 3 untuk dilaporkan Wajib Pajak ke KPP (skalian dgn SPTny)
>>lembar 4 untuk Bank/Kantor Pos tempat WP bayar pajak 
>>lembar 5 untuk Arsip Pemungut/Pihak Lain

things that pop up in my mind after having my internship in the tax office for these few months is:"klo g ada pajak yg dibayar (a.k.a. NIHIL) kan SSP yg kepake cm 2 lembar which are: 1 for our archieve and another 1 to be reported to the tax office..truz 3 lembar lainny g kepake dunx, paling jg dsimpan ma WPnya, tp mw diapain?ntar ujung2nya dibuang jg...kan jdnya boros banget...!!!" 

sounds trivial right?yup, that's might be true, perhaps even unimportant...emang sih klo ngeliatny secara parsial g signifikan, yah cm 3 lembar ini koq, gpplah...
tp coba d ngliat secara keseluruhan, se-Indonesia SPT yg nilainy NIHIL bisa puluhan ribu lho jumlahny setiap BULAN. Yg masuk k KPP tempat gw magang aja bisa sekitar 1000 tiap bulan (data per tahun 2009). artinya SSP-3-lembar yg g kepake td jumlahny jg sgtu..kebayang g pengeluaran negara kita tiap taun bs brp bnyak?!?! that's why i say BOROS becoz our government spend money for unnecessary thing...

sampai skarang msi kepikiran: "knp yah g skalian aja dibuatin form khusus SSP NIHIL yg cm 2 lembar/set?!? kan bs lebih hemat, lebih ramah lingkungan jg krn kita mengurangi penggunaan kertas yg tidak perlu, truz bwt WPnya jg jd lebih simple..." (DJP kan udah modernisasi, makes things easier..g da salahny dunx go green skalian,iya kan...?!) 

that's just a piece of my thought that i want to share, what about you???!!!
